Before You Call for Service

Dryer taking too long to dry:

Check your vent system, most calls run for this problem have restriced vents that just need to be cleaned. Most home owners can do this themselves and save the service fees.

Washer taking too long to fill:

If the water is taking too long to fill the tub of your washer, check the filter screens in you fill hoses, we have alot of sand in out water that will clog these screens. Clean the screen and most times water fill will return to normal.

Refigerator not as cold as normal:

Check the condenser coils under the refigerator for dust and lint build up. Just remove the grill below the doors and use your vacuum cleaner to clean and wait 12 hrs for the temps to return to normal.
